El Palace Barcelona has introduced a new private speedboat experience. With the “El Palace by the Sea” package, guests now have the opportunity to see and experience Barcelona and the surrounding area onboard the hotel’s new private speedboat.
Guests will be driven to the Marina Seca de Marina Vela Barcelona, where they will board the 27-foot speedboat. Once onboard, the boat’s route will be at the guest's discretion, depending on whether they would like to enjoy a full day at sea, take a boat ride for a couple of hours or enjoy a sunset cruise.
El Palace Barcelona’s concierge team will organize every detail from arrival to departure. Possible itineraries include a boat ride south to the coastal town of Sitges to discover the town’s nightlife, Mediterranean beaches and seafront promenade lined with mansions. Alternatively, guests can float in the warm Mediterranean and find their favorite spot for a dip before enjoying the gourmet hamper provided by the hotel’s culinary team. Guests can also enjoy a signature sunset cruise while enjoying local cheeses, charcuterie and Ruinart champagne.
Rates for “El Palace by the Sea” start from €300 (approximately $321) per hour. A minimum of two hours on weekdays and three hours on weekends is required. The experience is available for up to six passengers and is subject to weather conditions. Alternative drop-off/pick-up location is also available (an additional hour’s charge will apply, based on location).
